Our Mission

We commit ourselves to providing our patients with quality orthodontic care in a friendly, comfortable environment that is also conducive to effective job performance and professional personal interaction.

Appointments

We understand that many of our patients prefer not to miss work, and parents prefer that their children do not miss school for their orthodontic visits.  We reserve the before and after work/school appointment times for short appointments so that we can accomodate as many patients as possible.  Longer appointments and emergencies or repair appointment are scheduled during work/school hours.  If you have several questions or want to come in a more quiet time, we suggest an appointment from 10:30 a.m.- 2:00 p.m.

We do recommend scheduling longer appointments during the morning hours for children.  When they are well-rested, they are more able to understand the importance of the appointment and this makes their experience more pleasurable.  Your understanding in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

When, at times, it seems as though we are inflexible with our schedule, please remember that your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We are trying to be on time and fair to everyone.  We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, and appreciate your cooperation.  As always, we are available for questions and comments.

Insurance

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
